Advanced Optronic Devices (China) Co., Ltd (hereinafter AOD), established in November 2004, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American AOD located in Arizona, USA. AOD was set up by a Ph. D. team returned from the United States and till now, the total investment has reached up to RMB 300 million. By advocating the business model of ¡°Vertical integration and horizontal centralization¡±, AOD successful vertically integrated the full industrial chain from LED epitaxial growth, chip carving, light source packaging to light fixtures assembly and horizontally centralized LED lights products into three categories, outdoor lighting, indoor commercial lighting and residential lighting.

AOD is located in the high-tech Development Zone of Weifang, Shandong, China.
